Retro Replay Raid Rules
This document contains all rules regarding raiding in Warlords of Draenor. It’s a guideline for the guild. For matters that are not within these rules, the decision will be made by guild master and/or one of the officers.
1. Attendence
We are a casual guild. This means that we do not have a minimal attendance rate and you do not have to worry if you perform badly. However if you did sign up for a raid event and you do not show up, we have a problem. Please inform one of the officers / knights of your absence and delist yourself in time. This way we can prevent useless raid runs. If we see this behavior on regular basis, you will be excluded for future raid runs.
2. Raids
Raids are announced for three to four weeks in advance. This way you have plenty of time to check if you are available for these set days. We normally raid every Thursday and Sunday, with Monday as a backup to complete any outstanding raids. If you would like to sign up, please try to do it a few days before the raid, so we can be sure that the raid will continue and that we have the numbers. For cancellations please inform the guild master and/or one of the officers.
3. Composing the raid
If too many people sign up for a raid (I can’t see that happen anytime soon, but you never know), we will decide who plays by the following criteria:
• The rate of attendance
• Raid balance
• Experience
A raid will only happen when one of the officers is in the raid. This to prevent / solve any disagreements or disturbance during the raid.
4. Loot
We will always do master loot from now on. The benefit of master loot is that we are able to divide it for the people that need it most. Everyone will get a fair chance on loot. Remember that you only roll for your main spec and only when it is an upgrade for your current gear slot.
5. Raid times
The eventleader will start inviting people around 8:00 pm, we will be in the instance at 8:15 pm and normally we begin (pull) at 8:30 pm realm time. (8:30 pm Dutch time) (7:30 pm British time). Please come prepared to the raid. You do not have to buy flasks and food. That will be provided through the guild bank. However please buy your seals of inevitable faith BEFORE the raid starts.
6. TeamSpeak
Don’t be shy. Since we are a casual guild, we do not have hard rules of when to talk and when not. However please remember that during boss fights most people are in their utmost concentration and talking about the latest fashion can be a distraction.
7. Discipline
This sounds worse than it really is, but I need to state it here. You are expected to follow the instructions told by the strategist (Pairls) or one of the officers. If you repeatedly ignore clear instructions it will lead to a warning or removing from the raid.
8. Enchants
Please enchant your gear to the max. If you have any questions related to enchants, please ask My Lady for instructions.
9. Repair costs
If you have raided with us, you are allowed to spend 200g per day on repairs. Please, do not abuse it since it is meant to be used for raids.
10. Warnings
Last be not least, when you have received multiple warnings from an officer he or she can decide to give you a penalty. This could be that you are ruled out for a certain item or that you are excluded from the raid.
