1. Use Flasks (these little bottles are in the Guild Bank ready to be used). The flasks that you need depend on the class that you have. Is your main stat Strength, Agility or Intellect? Please take the appropiate flask with you. It will help with your DPS and healing.
2. Potions. They give you a small burst in DPS or healing for 20 seconds (1000+ your main stat). Use one just before the fight (when the countdown is 3 for example). This way you are able to use 2 potions each boss fight. These potions are normally provided in the Guild Bank.
3. Savage feast. The big round table before each fight. Make sure you eat it for at least 9 seconds. This will provide you a 'well fed' buff and increases your most important secondary stat.
4. Healing tonix. When you have a moment in the fight where you are almost dying, those healing tonix can come in handy. Make sure you place them on your spellbar and don't forget to use them!
5. Augment runes. They give you a +50 stat increase for your main stat. Make sure to run some LFR's before raiding to gather some of those runes.
6. Gems and Enchants. Always enchant your gear when you are raiding. It will give you a nice DPS boost. Some of the enchants are in the Guild Bank, so if you ask nicely, we will provide some for you. All other gems and enchants can be bought in the Auction House. Make sure to contact someone in the guild if you are not sure what to buy.
7. Research the boss fights before we begin to raid.
8. Install DBM or Bigwigs before you think about raiding. This add-on will provide you with timers and it will alert you when something is happening to your character. It is mandatory to have this add-on. If you are not sure how to install it, contact one of the guild members.
9. Practice your rotation. All information about classes can be found here. Make sure you know what spells and attacks you need to do and what the cooldowns you have can do to benefit the raid.
